Absolutely amazing vet, we have been there several times and unfortunately we had to go this morning with a major scare and they were absolutely fantastic. First class organization, I highly recommend!

i brought my dog suki here after feeling like no one was taking my concerns seriously elsewhere. this was the only vet that actually listened, validated what i was noticing, and came up with a clear treatment plan instead of brushing me off. they were patient with me—even when i was overthinking every little thing and being a bit dramatic (because suki is my whole world). their pricing was fair, and i never felt pressured or dismissed. i’m so grateful we found them.

Do you want your pet treated with dignity and respect after passing to the other side? If that’s what you want, do not go to Brainerd Hills Veterinary clinic. I am a former employee. This dog was euthanized and left in an exam room for hours. Covered in his own feces. When asked if I could bag the animal up and put in the freezer for cremation services I was told no. This happened more than once. Do what you will with this information. I will never forget this dog and the sadness I felt for it as I being told I wasn’t allowed to just leave it. Imagine if that was your pet. Do not go here.

I took my teacup yorkie there to be groomed and nails trimmed. The female vet took the dremel tool away from the groomer and started smoothing the trimmed nails. She got the tool catch up in my dog’s hair and pulled out a plug of hair on her head about the size of a dime. She covered it up with more hair and a bow. My dog cried on the way home. I took pictures and sent them to the vets office. They didn’t apologize or refund the fee. I NEVER took her there again. I had been taking her there since she was a puppy, for vet care. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, but warn them.
