The vets personal preferences and morals over rode what should have been done and it was due to a bit of an ego believing they are a "cat whisperer"...which was clearly never the case. A vets morals and ethics should not override facts or information given to owners of pets. I spent years going here and was never told that normal visits with aggressive, high strung cats, could be easier with a very low dose of meds with the only side effect being drowsy. It could have saved the cat from extremely high stress situations that kept them passive and nervous for a week after the visit. I made the mistake of trusting the vet and their words. The fact is, I dont care if a vet doesnt LIKE giving an animal meds, going against their moral compass, you still give us all the alternative methods that wont traumatize my cat for a week every time we would visit. Been going to a new vet the past 2 years and its been such an easy experience and they also love cats and care about them greatly. Only reason for 2 stars is because Im fully aware they are very knowledgeable in cat care, otherwise I would give 1. Withholding information is deceitful, these cats arent yours, they are someone else's. As a vet you do not always know better than the owner and it not your job to satisfy the ego you feel you have when a cat comes in that you consider a challenge. Learn from my mistake....make sure you ask for all the alternative methods instead of just blindly believing one vet due to them also loving cats. Some vets wont tell you unless you ask.

Can’t say enough good things about this vet! The fact that it’s for cats only made me feel so much better about bringing my Chicken here (that’s my cat’s name). They got me into a quiet room that she could relax in, and even though she got nervous and started hissing, everyone was super professional and took care of my baby. The vet was very kind and already knew from Chicken’s file what food she ate and what vaccines she had from her last appointment, which was very reassuring for me as a cat parent. They even sent her home with a welcome kit full of treats which she was very happy about when we got home. 10/10 I highly recommend the Cat Clinic!

We absolutely love this vet so much. Every single person in the place cares SO deeply for cats and it could not be more evident. They always remember us, always remember our cats, always remember right where we left off and greet us with absolute joy and enthusiasm. We feel like they love our cats as much as we do, and that is quite impressive because we LOVE our cats so much! We only wish they could be our dog vet too

The staff consistently provides excellent customer service and care to our cats. Dr. Toumayan takes the time to discuss the pros and cons of all options and recommends a treatment that is in the best interest of our fur baby. Highly recommend!
