The staff and Dr Chris Perry were absolutely fantastic and so accommodating to our experience. My sweet girl was treated so kind and her anxiety even was under control during her visit. As reluctant as she was she seemed to calm down and relax somewhat. Dr Perry is so compassionate and has his patients and pawrents at ease. His knowledge is explained so well. The front staff and Dr Perry’s tech was wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable as well. Thank you for our positive experience and treatment of my sweet girl.

We’ve been with NAH for over 16 years and three beloved dogs, the first of which was treated there from puppyhood until she left this earth in her teens. Every staff member is affectionate, patient, and thorough with our pets. After all this time, they feel like family to us.

While coming to Northgate was undoubtedly the hardest things I had to do, I am so glad I did. Dr. Ramirez and the entire staff treated my cat with such love and kindness and made sure my wife and I were informed of her care every step of the way. My cat being 18 and having her since I was 8 years old, the staff knew how much she meant to me and my wife. They made sure we were comfortable every step of the way with directing her care and when we had to ultimately decide that it was her time to rest, they stuck with us through it all. They gave us plenty of time and offered so much empathy to help ease the process. While this is never easy for the owner or the staff, they made us feel like their top priority every step of the way. I can’t thank the entire Northgate team enough for helping us through this difficult time.

Northgate Animal Hospital was incredibly welcoming to my little Chihuahua with a big attitude! After having such a terrible experience with other Chattanooga vets—where they wouldn’t answer the phone, refused to refer me to emergency care when my older dog was dying, and charged nearly quadruple the normal cost for basic visits and shots—I was relieved to finally find a place that truly cares. The staff at NAH were informative, compassionate, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made both me and my dog feel comfortable. I also really appreciated their discounts for referrals and new clients, which made quality care more accessible. I highly recommend Northgate Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet that is professional, caring, and genuinely invested in your pet’s wellbeing.

Had an issue with my dog when I arrived home from work of course at closing time. Phoned NAH who discussed with me what to look for if I needed Emergent care and set me up for an appt the next morning. Our Bella was treated and is already doing much better. So thankful for Dr. Randy and the NAH staff.
