Dr. Hibi is wonderful as is his entire team. Everyone is every bit professionals. The veterinary technicians and assistants are polite and caring as are the reception staff. I highly recommend Amazon Animal Hospital for your pet care needs.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years, but after my recent experiences, I will not be returning. In August, my dog developed severe swelling and a large, painful lump immediately after receiving her vaccines. The vet told us the person whom administered these vaccines remembered her being “too squirmy” and the injection was likely not done correctly. Yesterday, the exact same thing happened again—performed by the same person. My dog now has a huge lump on her back leg and is clearly in pain. When I called to discuss this and request a refund, the manager refused. I am extremely upset and frustrated. One mistake is understandable, but the same painful issue happening twice with the same staff member is unacceptable. If he can’t handle dogs who are nervous—which is completely normal at the vet—he should not be administering vaccines. I’m very disappointed in both the care my dog received and the way management handled the situation. I will not be returning.

Absolutely LOVE this place! We have huskies—an energetic and challenging breed—but our boys are always calm, happy, and excited when they see the Amazon staff. They walk in with wagging tails and leave with big smiles (and treats!). The Amazon staff goes the extra mile to know their name and treats them specially every visit. It’s such a relief knowing they can confidently handle big, stubborn breeds with ease and care! On top of that, the hospital is super clean, organized, and professional. We’re never left waiting or wondering—they always keep us in the loop and make sure our boys get the best care possible. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this animal hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Their hospitality and friendliness immediately put both me and my rabbits at ease. The service was impressively fast and efficient — I didn’t have to wait long at all. What really stood out to me was that they let me stay and watch as my rabbits got their first nail clipping, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel personal and transparent. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets!

This has been my pets Vet for 13 years, every time I had to go there, Dr was very informative, kind and awesome! On Saturdays I used to take her every year for vaccines and his wife who is a Doctor as well was very kind, multitasking, and awesome. I had to put my Pepper to sleep and I took her there, it was the hardest decision and time of my life , and both of the Doctors were there, kind, compassionate, and I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to both of them for doing this job and be compassionate with my Pepper and myself. YOU BOTH ARE AWESOME!! And I APRECIATE the card I received. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😢🐶🥰
