The love and care from all the team members here have just been remarkable. My senior cat has been seen by them serval times until her final visit yesterday. The team provided us every comfort and understanding through the whole process. I love my Cats on Commerce for sure, however- this is my go-to when my vet is closed. Ty everyone!

I am beyond grateful that I brought my mini schnauzer to Little Angels Vet Urgent Care. From the moment we walked through the doors, I knew we were in the right place. Dealing with pancreatitis is terrifying as a pet parent, and I was overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what to expect—but the entire team at Little Angels immediately put both me and my dog at ease. The level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every single person there was incredible. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, what pancreatitis meant for my dog, and what the treatment plan would look like. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. Every question I had was answered with patience and kindness, and they truly listened to my concerns. Most importantly, they treated my mini schnauzer as if she were their own. She was handled so gently and lovingly, and it was clear that her comfort and well-being were their top priority. Seeing how attentive and caring they were during such a vulnerable time meant the world to me. It’s not easy to trust someone else with your fur baby—especially in an urgent situation—but Little Angels earned that trust completely. The staff is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also incredibly compassionate. You can tell this isn’t “just a job” for them. Their love for animals shines through in everything they do. During one of the most stressful moments I’ve experienced as a pet owner, they provided reassurance, support, and outstanding medical care. Thanks to Little Angels Vet Urgent Care, my dog received the care she needed, and I felt supported every step of the way. I truly feel blessed to have found this place, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Little Angels has been amazing. I truly wish that they were a regular vet and not an emergency because they would be our primary. We recently had to put our dog down(Atlas) and they were absolutely amazing. I personally was not there but my wife was and they did everything we asked. Our dogs become our family. Little Angels makes us and our animals feel safe. Thank you for the card and the paw and nose prints on Atlas. It truly means a lot. (The urn I bought and glued his tag on it)

I rushed into this urgent care with my dog who was actively bleeding internally. The moment we arrived, the staff immediately jumped up, took him from me, and got to work without hesitation. In the middle of absolute panic, that alone meant everything. When we received the devastating news of his catastrophic platelet failure, the veterinarian didn’t rush me, didn’t talk over me, and didn’t distance herself. She sat on the floor with me, patiently explained my options, validated every feeling I was having, and treated both me and my dog with more compassion than I ever expected. She did far more than what she is “paid” to do. They allowed me to order my dog a Big Mac and fries so he could have something joyful and familiar. They let me sob hysterically without judgment. They treated my dog with such gentleness, dignity, and kindness — both before and after his passing. What touched me even more was what came after. They had his ashes and paw prints ready the very next day. They remembered to give me his collar and hair clippings so I could keep pieces of him close. Because of them, I was able to bring him home and begin grieving instead of feeling lost and broken. I cannot say enough about the kindness I was shown during the worst day of my life. The care, empathy, and humanity of this team eased my burden in ways I will never forget. I will always be grateful.
