Banfield Pet Hospital

Aiden is amazing and helped my friends dog immensely and with care this shop sherif is hilarious and helped check her out with complete urgency and care. Made me laugh and made my day!

As long as my dogs full care is included in her medical & care needs, it is worth the insurance I pay each month. I had my cats, many years ago, on their cat insurance. I didn't hesitate getting my baby girl insured there this time, too.

Unprofessional, terrible management, inconsistent, not supportive, does not explain things well at all, and always behind. The front receptionist Sherif did not give me my dog for well over an hour for a payment problem we were having and staying in the back with no explanation on to what was going on. Cancelled my dog’s non insurance plan “Optimum Wellness Plan” today!

I was an hour and a half late for my appointment on Christmas Eve and they still helped me out. I know healthcare workers are compassionate, but that was above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Thank you for taking care of Jamison beef Wellington the third!

Avoid this company! They lure you in with a free first visit and after spending over $400 on tests, medication, and food, they have the audacity to charge an office visit fee just for a checkup a week later to make sure your pet is getting better with the over priced medication THEY prescribed. I was told I didn’t buy their membership package so it doesn’t matter if I was just there and it was for the same issue. Anytime you walk in those doors it’s $75. Absolutely disgusting and predatory behavior. They are all about making MONEY and NOT the wellbeing of your pet!
