(from Google)I took my newly adopted dog Zeus in for a simple exam. When I called to schedule the appointment I specifically asked for a blood test because the former owner said he had seizures. After reading some other reviews, I wanted to love them and also lived nearby and was hopeful I could find someone nearby if my pet needed help. They were great on the phone, gave me info about prices, and had a nice manner. The day of my appointment, I told them he might need to be muzzled. The vet tech was great and very caring to my dog. But when I saw the vet Dr. Cousins they didn't make any attempt to examine my dog. There was a silly attempt at crawling around and talking to my dog, and listening to his heartbeat which took probably less than 5 minutes. She asks me, does he have any lumps on his body? As if I would know, it's why I was there! My visit was essentially a conversation and no professional exam. They couldn't take a blood sample because they said he was too fidgety. I got nothing from my visit. They gave me some drugs to calm him down for his next visit. I didn't feel valued or that they cared about my pet. After a strong heartbeat, apparently the diagnosis is that he's in excellent health and visually was examined. I hate them and would never go back. I left them bad feedback on their survey and no one responded. I didn't leave a review for a while to be fair to them. But now my dog is scratching and uncomfortable and I still have no answers. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody and I honestly feel they should be ashamed of themselves because they weren't responsible to me or were fair to my dog.
Morgan was extremely pleasant. The entire staff made my cat's experience, as well as mine, super easy. Everyone was knowledgeable and seemed passionate about what they're doing as well as very friendly and welcoming. I will for sure be bringing my little guy back 😺😸
We took our two cats to Skycrest Animal Hospital for the first time in March 2026. After their examinations, Dr. Boyajan told us that the cats needed to have quite a number of teeth extracted due to decay. She and her staff were very gentle with the cats and helped us deal with this situation which involved switching from dry to wet food (they made recommendations) and administering medications on our own. Between visits, the staff called to check on the cats’ condition. The cats have now fully recovered and we are so grateful that we went to Skycrest. We highly recommend them.
Handled my dogs sprained paw with their light technology. (Not expensive). My dog is fully healed within 24 hours. Love them so much!!!
Adopted a new dog and wanted to find a veterinarian closer to home with good reviews. I am happy to add my good review. I was very pleased with the way they took care of my dog. They used a few techniques I hadn't seen before to keep her distracted while vaccinating. Only 5 minutes from home and 5 minutes from the dog park as a reward after the visit. Perfect!
