We have had two visits with our new kittens, and both experiences have been very positive. Everyone has been kind, caring, and took time to answer our questions and offer helpful advice. The cost was in line with what we expected for veterinary care. Overall, it has been a very good experience.

Ashli, Shelly and Rebecca are fantabulous and great support for Dr. Watson who is compassionate, knowledgeable and a fantastic person, adding Dr. Griffin and Jenn. I love their love at Sunshine

I can’t put in to words how amazing this place is !!!! The stuff and atmosphere is incredible they make me feel safe and in good hands ! I had my pet snake get stuck in one of her decor items in her tank , we couldn’t not get her out and I showed up here in pjs and crying they took her back immediately and started working on getting her free ! They were sooo kind to me and her and really just amazing people honestly!!! They got her free after about an hour of hard work! After all that they only changed me $30 I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg to go to a vet for help but they didn’t! I can’t thank them enough best employees and vets I’ve seen ! Go here they are again AMAZING! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work and dedication to saving my snake !!!!!

I had to take some time before i made a review. I had to bring in my Little Baby yesterday morning due to him having Idiopathic Chylothorax (doesn’t have a cure.) He was diagnosed with this disease about a year and a half ago. When he was diagnosed, they had told me right away that the success rate was very low. I knew once I heard that, i had to mentally prepare for the worst. Fast forward to a few days ago, he had gotten both of his lungs tapped (usually only gets one side but this time it was both due to the fluid building up in his lungs) and after he came home, i knew immediately something was wrong. He was breathing fast, wouldn’t eat, wouldn’t drink, wouldn’t use the bathroom and stayed in one spot for hours due to the pain. Yesterday morning (April 24th, 2026), i had finally decided it was time to let him go. I put him in his carrier and rushed him to this vet. (He doesn’t do good with car rides.) When we hit the light right across from the vets office, he passed away. When i brought him inside, my face was near swollen from crying, they immediately brought us in, and spoke to us about our next steps. Everyone there was very kind and caring to the situation at hand and the vet had reminded me that i did everything I could do because i told them i felt like i failed him. They let me stay with him as long as i needed as they spoke to us about the next steps. I miss my fur baby so much. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a fur baby. They gave me the space and time to say my last goodbyes, it was a very quiet atmosphere, and they let me leave without anyone seeing how torn up i was over losing my best friend. Thank you to everyone who was here for my Little Baby in his final resting moments. He was such a kind and loving baby. I’m going to miss him so much. ❤️‍🩹 until we meet again, my little raccoon.❤️

The patient's best interest comes 1st. The staff is amazing. Taylor & Dr Watson made everything as easy as it possibly could be while having to make the hardest decision for our lil guy. Her clear explanation & direct approach made it undeniable it was time. As horrible as loss is we are confident we are doing the right thing. We will find some comfort knowing we have the best by our sides today guiding us every step of the way. Coco made it to 16 ♥️ we are thankful for every moment. 1/28/26 Thank you all for everything. RIP sweet boy.
