I truly appreciate the exceptional service we received at Animal Dental Care and Oral Surgery. From the very beginning, the team made us feel heard and understood. Our biggest fear about putting our pup under anesthesia was acknowledged right away, and they handled our concerns with such compassion and professionalism. That meant more to us than they probably realize. Thanks to Dr. Baldwin, my little pup is doing well today. The constant communication, consistent care, and thoughtful attention given to every aspect of our visits really stood out. It never felt rushed or impersonal. Each step of the process was clearly explained, and we always knew what to expect. One thing I especially appreciated was the continuity of care. The people we met during our initial consultation were the same people we spoke with on the day of surgery and during the follow-up appointments. That consistency made a huge difference in our comfort level. They also conducted multiple post op check-ins, which reassured us that Honey’s recovery was being closely monitored. At the post op appointment, we were even given the opportunity to sit with her during the wake process directly, knowing that she does not do well in a kennel. That level of understanding and flexibility shows how much they truly care about their patients’ well being. We also received an after hours number, and when we had questions about Honey’s recovery, the response was prompt and knowledgeable. It gave us peace of mind knowing support was available if we needed it. Yes, the services can be a bit pricey, even with an estimate. However, they provide a detailed invoice breakdown, with charges calculated in 15 minute increments, so you can clearly see exactly what you are paying for. That transparency is something I value. Overall, doing your research really does pay off. We are grateful for the care Honey received, and I would absolutely return if we ever need their services again.

We had an excellent experience at their facility with our dog Spartacus. He spent many years of his life in French ring, and as a result had very worn canine teeth He underwent root canals and repair with cobalt chromium crowns. The process took approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Dr. Adley did a beautiful job

I cannot say enough great things about Animal Dental Care & Oral Surgery in Colorado Springs. I first came here in 2019 when my puppy broke a couple baby teeth that needed to be extracted. Dr. Vall was incredibly kind, thorough, and did an amazing job. I returned again in 2025 for my other dog’s broken tooth because of the outstanding care I received years earlier, even though it’s a two hour drive. The experience was just as excellent. Dr. Baldwin was so kind to both me and my dog, and she did an incredible job saving the tooth. The fancy purple crown looks fantastic! In addition to the exceptional care, the hospital itself is state-of-the-art and incredibly high tech, which only added to my confidence in the treatment my dogs received. While both veterinarians exceeded my expectations, the outstanding care my dogs and I received would not have been possible without the entire team of technicians. Having worked in the veterinary field myself for many years, I have very high standards and am extremely selective about where I leave my pets. Each time, I trusted them completely and left without worry. The technicians are exceptional, and the receptionists were wonderful as well. I only wish they worked in general practice, I would love for them to be my dogs’ nurses for everything they need! Thank you to the entire team at Animal Dental Care & Oral Surgery. We took our Dachshund to Animal Dental Care and Oral Surgery to have some metal plates removed from her nose. The plates were put in years ago by another veterinarian after she broke her nose. The metal plates/screws were loose and causing her discomfort. The entire dental care staff was very responsive and we were able to see the Dr. the day we called for an appointment. Surgery was recommended and Dr. Adley took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The clinic called us three times during the procedure to keep us up to date. The whole process was very efficient. Our Doxie is recovering nicely and feels much better. She is back to her mischievous self. We are so grateful for ADCOS. They truly provide a unique service that no doubt saved her life.

From start to finish, our experience with Animal Dental Care & Oral Surgery was smooth, easy, and has tremendously improved our cats well-being. Our 4 year old cat Pepper was recently diagnosed with a rare condition, and we learned that he had countless retained baby teeth that needed to be extracted. Multiple vets in Denver (where we live) told us that they couldn't do his dental procedure due to the complicated nature of his condition, so we drove down to the Springs to see Dr. Baldwin. We were able to get a consultation within a few days of our initial call, and the surgery was scheduled within a week of the consultation. Dr. Baldwin and the whole team at this clinic were amazing, and took the time to explain all the details about his dental condition and the surgical procedure. They even gave us a comprehensive booklet with all of his post-surgery instructions and before/after photos of his teeth. Pepper has been recovering well and we are so grateful that this clinic took such great care of him! Would absolutely recommend Animal Dental Care in Colorado Springs if you have a pet who has complex dental needs.
