Had to bring my cat in today to let her go as she was rapidly losing her battle with CKD. Dr. Clauss and the staff were all so empathetic and gave my cat and I such a comforting environment for one of the toughest things I've ever had to do. Thank you, CatTails! Rest easy, Taika. 🫶🏻

Brought my kitties in for a routine check up as well as a dental appointment- the whole staff is so friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and they follow up after the appointment which is very nice 😊 10/10 would recommend them. I know my kitties are in amazing hands here.

Pennywise went for a dental cleaning. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The old ladies (cats) strolling the office were comforting. Ali was great at keeping me updated about the procedure and making sure to cluster P's care, vaccinating him so we didn't have to come back another day. Dr. Clauss did an excellent job on P's teeth. They're sparkling.

After coming here for three years I can confidently say I love this team. We had three cats when we first arrived and unfortunately lost one in the past year after a battle with cancer. The staff here from top to bottom are not only patient and professional but very kind and caring. They also have a calm environment for my very nervous kitty and give him time to adjust when they see him.
