Seemed nice, but never even left the lobby It was busy so I will cut them some slack but kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment when everyone that comes in after is seen before. got what I needed but nearly 100$ for a consultation that didn’t happen and just got the weight of my cat is a little ridiculous and no care instructions for the medication I was given seems like they could use more staffing.

Dr. Ramsel really went above and beyond helping complete our international paperwork for moving our dog with us to the UK. She is thorough, helpful, kind, and patient. You can tell she has a deep level of care in her work that really makes a huge difference compared to other vets I've worked with in the past. Can't say enough positive things about her knowledge and service! Thank you!

I love the staff at Cook Veterinary! They have taken good care of my dog & have great advice and instructions for me as a pet owner. I trust them explicitly. This is the only vet I’ll ever use.

I took my (very timid) rescue kitten here to get an initial vet visit on the books and establish a care relationship. Both the vet and vet tech were SO patient and compassionate toward my shy little kitten that she wasn't even shaking when they were working on her (she doesn't meow to complain, just quivers). They both answered my questions thoroughly, and by the end of her appointment the kitten even started poking out from under my chair to see what was going on in the room because she felt safe enough to explore a little. They did not offer any services I wasn't already prepared for /expecting might be suggested given her age and where she came from, their pricing was reasonable, and there were no hard sales tactics -- it was more like going to a human doctor "here is what we recommend for optimal health, based on what you have told us". I am impressed!

Cook Veterinary Clinic cared for our sweet Nova her entire life, and we couldn't be more grateful. Dr. Ramsel and Dr. Adasaka are not just skilled veterinarians—they have the biggest hearts and truly understand how much our pets mean to us. When we faced the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to Nova, they walked us through every step with such gentle care. They helped us understand that letting her go was the most loving gift we could give her to prevent any suffering. Their compassion during our darkest moment will never be forgotten. The entire staff treated Nova like she was their own. They celebrated her good days with us and shared in our grief on the hard ones. In a world where it's rare to find people who genuinely care, Cook Veterinary Clinic is filled with them. Nova was so lucky to have been loved by this incredible team, and so were we. If you're looking for veterinarians who will love your pet as much as you do, this is the place.
