Nice little place. All the vets and assistants were very nice and knowledgeable. I liked that they had a separate waiting room for cats and dogs. No extra stress for the animals!

I am truly disappointed by this clinic. They ran urine one day and blood two days later. Decided it was kidney failure and prescribed renal support dog food. Thier own urine culture showed an infection but no antibiotics and no further tests. Decided to get a second opinion and was asked why no antibiotics? There are plenty of clinics for vaccinations and wellness check-ups. If that's all your furry needs, sure. Use this clinic. I never will again. Follow up. My new vet found e.coli in my dogs urine. I'm told the kidneys could heal completely once the antibiotics do their job. Dr Dees treated an infection with a prescription diet. That just doesn't work. Why would I ever trust you enough to talk to you?

We had a new patient appointment and before our appointment and emergency arrived. We were informed that an emergency situation arrived, so we were not bothered waiting a little bit extra. The amount of care for the animals is absolutely obvious. We were checked on multiple times. Then the doctor who saw our sweet baby girl was amazing with her. She did a great exam and addressed every question and concerns we had. Exactly what we were hoping to find, a practice that has been in business for a long time. The doctor who saw our baby even volunteered there when in highschool, that's a true love for animals and their well-being. We're so happy we found them.

Dr. Dees and the team at Riverchase are angels on earth. We had a Weimaraner that was the light of our world. The team at Riverchase loved him and cared for him as if he was their own. Through some surgeries, some ailments, some illnesses, and even in health, the team at this animal hospital were better than I’ve ever experienced. Especially though his later years and into hospice, Dr. Dees and her team went above and beyond to ensure our boy was able to get the care he needed while limiting his stress and discomfort. Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team. To Dr. Dees and Riverchase, You’ve known Polo for a long time and you’ve been nothing but loving, caring, empathetic, and exceptional to our family member. Sometimes, the vet visit means something isn’t going well, but every visit, every check up, we knew he was in the best hands and that you all ACTUALLY cared. Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your love of Polo. We will miss him so dearly but we know his life was better because he had the best nurses and doctors a doggy could ask for. Thank you.
