⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m incredibly thankful for Dade City Animal Hospital! I had an emergency come up overnight with my pit bull, Baby Girl, and they were able to get us in on a Saturday with a very short wait time. Baby Girl is what I like to call aggressively friendly — she gets very excited around people & animals — and the staff didn’t make a big deal out of it at all. They were extremely understanding and accommodating and helped make getting her in and out of the facility as easy and stress-free as possible. From the moment we arrived, everyone was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They treated Baby Girl with care, the facility is absolutely immaculate, and I was also extremely impressed with how reasonable and affordable their pricing was. Coming from South Florida, finding a veterinarian I can trust in this area was very important to me, and I’m so grateful I found them. If you’re looking for a vet that truly knows what they’re doing, has a caring and accommodating staff, keeps a beautiful facility, and offers affordable pricing, I highly recommend Dade City Animal Hospital. Definitely a five-star experience for both Baby Girl and me!

We have been very happy with this animal clinic and, most importantly, I trust them with my dog. The staff is knowledgeable, qualified, caring, and professional, and I always feel that my dog is in good hands when he is there. I was very disappointed to learn that they discontinued their boarding services because having a place I trusted completely to care for my dog while we were away gave me tremendous peace of mind. I will definitely miss that service. Even without boarding, I highly recommend this clinic for the quality of care they provide and the people who provide it.

Dr. Taylor was wonderful with my cat. He made my cat so much at ease that he looked at the doctor and didn’t run or get nervous. He is kind.

Dr. Taylor and team were great! Our dog Jack had an epulus on his upper gums. Had it removed once before at a different doctor but they just scraped the surface and it grew back weeks later. Didn’t need stitches or cauterization. Also they charged my for general anesthesia. Very expensive. Anyway we found Dade City Animal Clinic which is over an hour from our home. Dr. Taylor removed it thoroughly and cauterized the area. Seems like it is gone for good but time while tell. They did a great job and only needed Propofol to sedate. Highly recommend and very grateful for them. Thank you.

My husband has been here many times with our dogs and really is happy with this clinic. This was my first visit with one of my cats for a possible UTI. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Dr. Houston was great. Listened to my description of what the issue is and answered all my questions. Please, don’t change a thing!
