I had an excellent experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone treated my pet with such patience and genuine care, which immediately put me at ease. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain my pet’s condition, walked me through the treatment options, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The technicians were gentle, attentive, and clearly love what they do. The entire visit was well-organized and stress-free, and it truly felt like my pet’s health and comfort were their top priority. I’m very grateful for the compassion, knowledge, and outstanding service we received, and I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital to any pet parent looking for quality care.

Staff does not know how to do their job. They think that Hawaii is international and tried to charge $600 for a health certificate. These people need more training. Amongst other things.

I wanted to share positive feedback regarding the team at Banfield Pet Hospital in Daly City. They consistently provide excellent care for my two cats, and it is my preferred veterinary location. The entire staff is highly competent and kind. Specifically, the front desk staff, especially Teresa, is amazing, and all of the doctors and nurses, including Nurse Gloria, are exceptional. Thank you for having such a dedicated team.

An absolutely pleasant experience every appt we go to…..from the receptionist to the end of appt vet, ,whom we meet and everyone else in between, professionals is the word. Already looking forward to Sully’s next vist.

Not the best experience. I tried to cancel my pets wellness plan & my plan was put on hold. Now I am in collection and it’s effecting my credit score. It’s impossible to cancel the plan, you are told to call a different number who then connect you to other people and numbers. Not easy to cancel your wellness plan. Do not recommend.
