I had a great experience at the VIP Petcare vaccination clinic today! My kitten received her first round of vaccines, and the team even took her into a private room to create a calmer environment for her. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I’ve taken my other cat (as a kitten) to the Petco clinic before, and unfortunately it was the complete opposite experience. The staff seemed unsure, and the vet had difficulty drawing blood, which left my cat coming home with blood all over her fur. :( I’m really glad I decided to give VIP Petcare a chance. The setup was efficient, the care felt personalized, and I’ll definitely be returning for the rest of her routine vaccines and healthcare maintenance! Thank you all!

Our dog is very reactive and resistant, and needs to be restrained by vet staff when being vaxxed or examined. He is also muzzled as an extra precaution. The vet staff are welcoming and have a positive attitude, patient and calm. They work well together and did an amazing and efficient job.

My dog Luna gets very anxious when getting her nails trimmed. VIP Petcare did an amazing job and got it done very quickly and were very gentle with Luna. Thank you!
