I had a great experience at Vista Hills Animal Hospital and couldn’t be more thankful for the care they provided. The staff was friendly, professional, and very compassionate from the moment we arrived. They made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable during the visit, and it was clear that everyone there truly cares about the animals they see. I really appreciated how attentive and kind they were throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Vista Hills Animal Hospital to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

This place is horrible. Ever since the business was sold they offer horrible customer service. The last time I scheduled an appt they asked me to reschedule 3 times. Amanda is very inconsiderate. She doesn’t take into consideration what a customer has to do to get off of work to make the appt. The office sends me emails to refill heartworm medication. When I try to purchase the medication on line they deny the claim because they don’t have record of my dog taking medication . Really?? My dogs are up to date on shots and received a negative heartworm test in July but they have no record of my dog taking the heartguard. If that were the case then why do they send me refill notifications. A refill symbolizes the medication was taken previously. Stay Away from the vet clinic. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 12/19/25* It seems Amanda office manager is on a power trip. Which is fine, more power to her. Here is proof Cooper has been on heartguard meds. The attached picture will prove it. The fact that they have no record of Cooper taking heartguard is a bold face lie. I rest my case! They are incompetent.

We've talken our previous dogs, as well as our current fur child to Vista Hills Animal Hospital. We have always been treated well by the staff, from technicians to doctors. This is a full service animal hospital where your fur babies will be well taken care of. I also like that they have a nice grassy and shaded area out front where you can also wait as your dog happily romps around to be called in.
