Franklin Ranch Pet Hospital and Hotel

The staff and doctors here are amazing. Dr. Bobbitt and her assistant took so much care and patience with my GSD, who is notorious for being anxious at the vet. My dog is usually very receptive to people but they recognized her anxiety, got down on the ground with her, and assured her with every move they made. Dr Bobbitt even called me an hour after closing, to give results of my girl's xrays... maybe because she sensed my anxiety as well. The entire staff here is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Franklin Ranch for anyone looking for a vet that will care for your pet as much as you do. Thank you again, Franklin Ranch!!!!

So grateful for this animal hospital! I brought my 1.5 year old Pitbull/Dachshund mix in after a horrible experience with another vet tending to his broken tibia. My poor baby had suffered with poor casting, terrible care, and open wounds from bad wrapping. I was frustrated and scared for his healing when I found Franklin Ranch. I was immediately impressed with the clean cozy facility, compassionate staff and competent, relatable vets. We were lucky enough to get Dr. Hunt as his primary vet, and I can’t give her enough praise. She was amazing. She let Rama’s best interest lead her treatment plan, and wasn’t motivated by price as was my past experience. She did not suggest unnecessary services, or push sedation when he didn’t need it. Speaking of price, Franklin Ranch was less than half the cost of the other vet I was seeing, for the same services!! After a couple months of care, Rama was finally freed from his cast! I followed Dr. Hunt’s aftercare instructions and today he is back to running, jumping, and playing with his brother. It’s like I have my baby back! I can say with authority that I found my new vet practice for my 4 animals! Thanks again Franklin Ranch and Dr. Hunt. We love you! Rama and Cassondra

Everyone from desk staff , assistant Dani was AMAZING , to Dr. Johnson were nice, caring, patient and listened to my concerns. They genuinely care for the fur babies. Dr Johnson explained the options for our Chloe and they were able to treat her quickly. She had trauma to her tooth and they were able to schedule the extraction the next morning. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Chloe was really sick when I brought her here 1.5 years ago. She was losing weight down to 5.8 pounds and our former vet couldn’t figure it out. I was afraid she was dying. Franklin vet figured out it was IBS and after a few months with prescription food she was back to her normal weight of 8.5 pounds and feeling her spicy self.

I was nervous about Mickey’s dental surgery, but Dr. Kelly Churchill made the whole experience stress-free. The procedure went smoothly, and my sweet Mickey is recovering so well. The entire team showed outstanding care, kindness, and professionalism. From start to finish, the service was excellent. I’m so thankful and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who wants the very best for their pets.
