(from Google)Whenever I come here it’s like seeing family. This is the only place I take my pets to because I trust them wholeheartedly. Thank you to Hillary & Sandra for always welcoming us with a smile when we walk in. To Dr. Petrunich, Dr. Leinart, Dr. Kwok for your care and compassion. And everyone on the team- Sara, Lindsay, Emma, Anna, Roy, Leo, Jay for loving my babies so they also can enjoy their veterinary experience & not feel so anxious!
The final moments we share with our beloved pets are sacred. Being able to hold them close, speak softly, and sing their special songs are precious gifts. Being blessed with a staff of "Aunties" showing tender care, allowing space and patience but most importantly, treating your best friend with the utmost dignity, is priceless. I will never find the words to express my gratitude to the angels at VCA Bradshaw for honoring my sweet boy with me. Thank you. Always.
We showed up around 6:15pm with our potentially sick cat. A tech examined her in the waiting area and said she would discuss with the Dr. She came back saying the Dr would not see her because she wanted to leave early tonight, this was extremely disheartening to hear. There was nobody else waiting. So maybe more were turned away before we got there? Why have hours until 10 but turn someone away almost 4 hours before closing?
I have been taking our pets to VCA Bradshaw for 20 years. There have been times where we've waiting longer than we probably should have and it can get expensive, but my pets have been taken care of and when the time came to have to put them down, it was done with love and empathy. The dog we have now has been more than a challenge over the 9 years we've had him. The team at Bradshaw has worked with us and Hank, and he loves going to see his girls. I wouldn't change a thing and we will continue to take our 4 legged kids to VCA Bradshaw. 5 stars
Do not come here unless you like to spend frivolously on an animal hospital that does not prioritize compassionate veterinarian care. The place is run with a business-first approach, and will charge ridiculous costs for services that most likely bundle extraneous charges into exam services so that you're forced to pay above average fees. I had a very traumatic experience with one of my cats having to be euthanized within two hours under their direct care. I paid a 50% deposit that went towards 36 hours of hospitalized care (which was $1700 by the way for an estimated final cost of $3400), and when it turned out that my cat would need to be euthanized, I was still left with a $2500 bill. I don't believe it's reasonable to pay almost $2500 when you bring your pet in, only to have them die in their care within two hours. I made calls to discuss the itemized charges over the course of a few days. While I did get a courtesy adjustment of $205, which I appreciated, I was also misinformed about another charge adjustment, and on the last day I called to make the payment for the remaining balance, i was told they'd check again with their internal team and get back to me. They never got back to me, and when I tried to pick up my cat's cremated remains later that afternoon, they expected me to pay the remaining balance when the remaining balance was still in review, even though I was waiting for the charges to be clarified before I decided to make any more payments, like any reasonable person would do. They clearly do not have the best communication among their own staff, and they will be vague about the charges and adjustments if they make any to you. I was also accused of not potentially paying my balance by Kelly, their hospital manager, even though I had already paid $1700 and the remaining balance owed was almost $300. I find this extremely unprofessional and unfounded, to call into question my ability and commitment to paying when I've already contributed the majority of the invoice's balance. I'd also like to add that they don't have the ability to share a full itemized invoice that documents all charges and payments towards those charges. Their invoice practices are shady and manipulative, imo. All of this has solidified for me that this organization is run first as a business than anything else, with their financial bottom line being the highest priority. Go somewhere else.
