(from Google)Kind staff. Able to get treatment for our pup at a reasonable cost. Thanks to all of you!
The best, friendly staff, great doctors Ive been bring my dogs here since the 80's they have always provided grat care for them
I have a sad story. My dog had a gastric torsion with a guarded prognosis. Dr Haggard and the staff did a wonderful job at take in as an emergency. Quick diagnosis and treatment. Kept us informed every step of the way. He was very realistic and made sure we were aware of the chances of survival. What I thought was wrong, was my dog was taken in and treated, surgery, but it wasn’t until the next day we were told he would have to be transferred to an emergency vet for the weekend or taken home because the doctor was going to be out of town. I was fine with taking my dog home as I have experience working at a vet, but if I had not, that would have been $100’s more in cost. Then, come Monday, I did not receive a follow up call to check in on my beloved pet. I spent $2500 and not a call. I honestly excepted a call over the weekend, but not even a call on Monday. My dog died on Sunday/Monday morning. I do not think any thing more could have been done as his prognosis was not good, but a call to check in should have been high priority. I will not return to this vet. Not because of his knowledge of veterinary care but because of general bedside manner. Our pets our are our children and I am saddened by the lack of empathy that was shown.
From kitten to cat, my fur baby has had the best care. The office is busy and that’s expected with top notch care. Dr. Haggard knows the book on animal care. He gets my 5 stars without hesitation.
