South Flower Mound Animal Hospital

Both Jack and Billie despise people outside of family. For some reason they tolerate everyone here (emphasis on tolerate). As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

We are a new patient to South Flower Mound Animal Hospital. I took my new chihuahua puppy for her first appointment yesterday. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. There was no wait. The technician was and warm and engaging with my puppy. She asked thorough questions to learn about her. We then saw Dr. Nichol, she was amazing! She was patient with all of my questions and provided great recommendations. She loved Caylee, and Caylee loved her! I have been a client to several veterinarian offices in Flower Mound over the years. We have found our place!

Everyone that works there is kind and incredibly loving with the animals. We changed vets to Dr Nichol, who we saw as a second opinion with our senior dog, who she diagnosed immediately and pulled strings to get us into a surgeon for a life saving procedure. We have since switched to her as our main vet for all 3 of our older labs. I could not possibly say enough good things about her and the wisdom she imparts in such a caring way.

Dr. Nichol was awesome. Bentley needed surgery to remove a growth on his ear. Dr Nichol and her staff were so sweet and kind. They put us all at ease.

I’m New to Texas I have three wonderful grand pups from 7mos, 5yrs, & 13yrs old. I was looking for a place that was caring and concerned about pets and listening to the concerns I have. And I have found it and I’m not going anywhere. I really love this place, and they are very caring and they really love your pets. From the time I called to make an appointment to the time I arrived at the front desk and when they brought the dogs back, I was comfortable talk to the whole entire time about what was going on and they are very concerned about your pet. Dr. Georgia Hansen is amazing. She’s patient caring understanding and listens to all your concerns. Doesn’t make you feel rushed and very knowledgeable. I can go on thank you so much doctor for making me comfortable to continue to keep bringing dogs and letting people know how wonderful this place is. Lol I wish I can find a Dr. Hansen for myself, but I’m glad that my grand pups are in good hands! Please bring your pets here if you want them to be well taken care of. thank you for your patience and all your help Dr. Georgia Hansen!
