Ridglea West Animal Hospital

Been going to Ridglea for the past two years with my two pets, and I’ve always loved the care they receive. Everyone is always helpful and takes the time to answer any questions I have. Special thanks to Olivia for going above and beyond, and to Dr. Richey for the amazing care and kindness. Truly appreciate everything you all do for my pets!

I had such a great experience! We recently acquired Pistachio and I know nothing about bearded dragons! The vet and vet tech took the time to educate me and show me better ways to take care of him!

Worst vet EVER!!!! The man who retired had an unfriendly beside manner but he knew his stuff. This new doctor told us our tourist for a girl and that was wrong with her show with probably paint on it. UNBELIEVABLE! Such a culture of the shell and said that it was bacterial and would clean up with some baths. Alllllll of it is complete.BS: tortoise rescue informed us, upon even setting eyes on the tortoise, that this was a boy and that it needed antibiotics and would probably now have scarring because infection wasn’t addressed soon enough. This tortoise was given to us as a rescue and we did what we thought was the best by him, but apparently this vet just completely sucks. I want my $350.00 back!!!! Was a WASTE!!! By the way, I never leave reviews like this but this situation absolutely warrants it.

Took my bunny Billy to get spayed, got explained everything in detail and got all my concerns addressed . Very straight forward and professional workers. Got her spayed today so I’ll update w her journey if I remember! 10/10 would recommend for exotic animal care.

🦊 is not ONLY my 5th 🐕‍🦺 in my life, but my BFF, and Security. I 💯 Recommend making here, Your "Go To", for Your Furkids. They're Compassionate, UNDERSTAND, Our Furkids are part of Family. They Made sure 🦊🐕‍🦺 felt SAFE, CALM & were Gentle giving her, her Physical, and Vaccines. They EVEN have a side Door, we went out. We didn't need to go by the other patients, waiting in WAITING Area. I love, They take payment in Exam Room, once Finished. Sress Free. No trying to dig out of Bag to pay, up front. This was a Deal Closer for me, as I'm EXTREMELY PROTECTIVE of 🦊 being around others. I can FINALLY RELAX, KNOWING, I've got 🦊 the BEST MEDICAL Team now.
