Trinity Trach Tube Ties

Placed an order through the website a few months back. We've been using these ties in our clinic for years. We never received anything and there's no way to get in contact with the company. Phone number doesn't work and email bounces back. Beware!

I'd leave no stars if i was able to, we had been using these trach tube ties for years and LOVED them they work so well. Placed an order and never received it that was Sept of 2022- i have reached out multiple times to find out what is going on and nothing. Lisa sent me the fax sheet for order and that was that, never heard from company again. Such a shame because the product was a good one.

Ordered April 3rd - card was charged - never received the order. Phone number and email are no longer working. Will dispute charge on the card.

I also placed an online order. My PayPal account was charged but no communications from company. Email bounced and phone number out of service.

Tried to order trach tube ties via fax order form. Never received the tube ties but my credit card was charged. Tried to contact them but the phone number is disconnected and email is invalid. I don't believe this company is in business anymore.
