(from Google)I great service for my babies.
Extremely long waits to get help. They don't show much interest in wanting to help your pet. Not very organized. Don't recommend
Very expensive. They knew we were not from nuevo laredo but laredo texas and they charged much higher than a laredo texas vet would charge. They charged for labs which we didn't receive the paperwork for. A total of 380 compared to laredo of 200 for neutering of a Chihuahua pup. Customer service by the veterinarian was very poor. Kinda talked down on us and made us feel unwelcome because we questioned the prices. Would not recommend.
Very good service at this clinic. Walk ins welcome. They even have an exotic animal specialist. They do surgeries, vaccines, bathe dogs and cats, they also have boarding in a/c rooms for your pets. The staff is friendly and well skilled. They also have a vet hospital open 24/7. The Drs. have many yrs of experience. They have multiple clinics throughout the city. Their prices are reasonable. And they provide proper paperwork to cross your pets back to the US. They have a parking lot across the street I think. They sell leashes and collars. Oh and they have a very well stocked vet pharmacy and sell high quality food for your pets. Highly recommend it. Completely trustworthy.
As always a very personal and great treatment. One of the questions was if it is advisable to make an appointment : depends. They have a special surgeon coming in 2-3 days a week. For him an appointment is advisable.
