Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I’ve taken my pet to Vetco for years for the annual vaccinations. We recently moved to Fresno and so I took my dog here for her yearly shots. They did not weigh her during the exam or exam her teeth, and the process overall seemed very rushed. They must have injected the vaccines into her muscles instead of under the skin, because for 3 days she couldn’t walk. She could barely stand to get out of her bed. Soreness and lethargy can be normal but this seemed extreme and she had never reacted like this before. We were very concerned. We called the 1-800 Vetco phone number and they advised we should take her to a pet hospital but said they would only reimburse the cost of an emergency pet hospital visit if the hospital could prove her symptoms were the results of the vaccines. The entire experience was stressful and we likely will not use Vetco anymore.

Vetco clinic is always wonderful and treats Dutchess with absolute care and they explain every procedure that they do
