Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care exceeded my expectations in every way. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable. The team was extremely knowledgeable and immediately understood what was going on with my cat. They took the time to explain everything clearly, ran the necessary lab tests, and provided thorough, informative guidance throughout the process. Most importantly, they resolved her issue with genuine care and professionalism. The staff was kind, attentive, and truly compassionate. You can tell they care deeply about both pets and their owners. I’m very grateful for the exceptional care they provided and highly recommend them.

Our dog had gotten an ear infection over the holidays and our primary vet was not available so we made an appointment at PetFolk. Everything about the process from making the appointment online to being seen by Dr Hewitt was first class. The office and the technicians were also superb. Dr Hewitt not only addressed the ear infection but also did an overall exam. The visit summary was one of the most thorough and timely I have received.

I needed a same day appointment while traveling out of town. The website was easy to book an appointment and when we arrived it was very peaceful and we were seen right away. The vet was thorough and considered multiple causes of my dog’s issues. An excellent experience all around!

Brand new to the city and I went with my gut to take my baby to this vet clinic. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at the vet. I loved how they explained everything, transparent, and very caring. Also made my fur baby very comfortable and secure in the clinic.
