I have never been an “ animal person “. Never. I married into it. Upon doing so, I grew fond of my wife’s 3 cats. Today, Jack, had to be put down and it hit me harder than I had anticipated. I have to say, I have never experienced such compassion, such care, such understanding as was demonstrated by the staff. Imagine, a 6’2” grown man on the verge of tears. There was never a moment in this experience where I felt judged, looked down on, or dismissed. As big as I am, the women working there, are giants compared to me. If you have any doubts if they care, stop. They care. I am and will be forever grateful for their support and professionalism.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are so patient, and you can tell they really love animals and their jobs. They make you feel so comfortable, and they will answer any and all questions with honesty! I am so glad I found this office and you will be too!!!

Exceptionally clean facility. Doctors are very professional. Very knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing too. Only issue was the cancer surgery they performed on my dog. Absolutely expert as usual. Hopefully they got it all; however, the dog reacted very badly to the anesthesia they used. He was better by the next day. It easily Could have been his age .... 15... Or something else. 🤔 in any case, it was certainly not his usual reaction to anesthesia.

Staff and drs here are always very kind and helpful. I took in some strays this year and everyone at this clinic was happy to help give me all I needed to get them up to weight, flea free, and medicated for all the issues stray kittens come with. They also helped with my adult cats and didn’t shame me for my obese cat (though it was responsibly mentioned as he did need an X-ray and all that fat can get in the way lol). I’m fairly new to the area, so I’m happy to find a clinic that has staff that feels just as personable and invested in my pets as they did back in my small country hometown.

I cannot possibly express how impressed we were with this whole staff and Dr. Melissa. On a Saturday morning, our 9 pound little dog became very ill and Dr. Chitu said, “Bring her right in”. They were so thorough, diagnosed the issue immediately and had her back to her old self right away. I will only bring all of my dogs here from now on!
