The team was really great, friendly, and helpful. They did a great review of my dogs issues and options available. Loved that they were able to do an xray at the time of the visit and at a reasonable cost. Thought would have to schedule another appointment, but helpful that it was at the same time. Since we were going on vacation, offerred meds to get through out absent time. Then was willing to email the results versus a call, which allowed me to remember and comprehend. The only problem I had was having to remember a small extension in meds to get through to his MRI appt, took a little longer and I decided to visit them when I did not recieve a call to let me know it it was ready

They take the time to keep me informed every step of the way, explain things clearly, and make sure Hines is comfortable and well cared for. It means everything to know that my dog is in such good hands. You can tell this team genuinely loves animals and takes pride in what they do. They don’t just “treat” my puppy Maverick — they absolutely love and spoil him every time we walk through the door. 🐾💙 As a full-on helicopter dog dad 😅 (with some PTSD from losing my last dog, Diego), I ask a lot of questions and worry more than most. The team here never judges me. They’re patient, kind, and genuinely understanding of what I’ve been through. That compassion means everything. Maverick just came home from a visit today, and thanks to them, he’s safe, cared for, and healing — even if he hates the “rest” part 🤣. Sky Canyon was able to squeeze my dog in, even though they were fully booked that day, they provided emergency care and made sure that we were both happy along the way. They called to check in on her the next day and make sure to schedule a follow up so we can continue to ensure she is healthy. I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. lemon and Dr. Sheena and the whole team over there! Thank you all so very much for all the hard work you do.!!

Could not be happier with the service we received for our dog Widgy….really impressed with the clear upfront costs & the detailed report & pictures after surgery, feel like she got the best treatment possible - Dr Lemmon & all the staff were brilliant! 3 days later she’s recovering well & the jacket is great, helped her from licking her wound & it’s stopped her itching so her skin is improving! Massive thank you !
