Excellent customer service and care. From the initial call to schedule to the technician and the vet i was very happy with my visit. So was my dog. My dog needed testing and will need a dental visit under anesthesia. The cost was about what I expected, which was EXPENSIVE... but i believe about the standard rate for those services.

I took my parakeet in for a check up and everyone was very nice. Staff was polite and friendly and seemed to handle my bird very well. I didn’t wait long for the vet and I was out in under an hour. Waiting area and examination rooms looked clean. Would definitely come back. A little pricey, but what place isn’t pricey now a days, $100.75 for my bird inspection.

First time visit. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Cooper was very thorough and honest. He actually listened to my concerns and gave recommendations for another issue we were having. Look forward to going back.

Absolutely 100% recommend bringing your exotic pets here. I have brought my pet mice here to see Dr. Charlie and she is wonderful. Shes always so kind and helpful even with the smallest of creatures. If you are looking for an exotics vet then for sure bring your animals here!

Very friendly / polite staff! Very useful information didn’t give me the run around and they have me at ease knowing my cats okay!
