Doc always helps with my concerns, is very great at explaining things in depth, and is very thorough on how to best help your babies. I was scared my dog Romeo had a UTI because he had very smelly urine and it was killing my lawn. Had testing done for UTI and it came back negative. Since it was negative, Romeo was put on a cranberry supplement and has been doing so much better since. My calico cat, Hamtaro also has frequent ear issues and had a seriously nasty ear infection. I took her in and got meds for her ears. Now her ears are finally back to normal and I just have to clean them for maintenance now. Doc is great at addressing any concerns even if they are silly.

I don't recommend this place for your pets he's just in it for the money he doesn't care about your pet very heartless veterinarian I took my cat to a different vet and she had everything wrong with her I had to put her down. She was in alot of pain.

They moved to the Greenwood Centre but anytime me and my mom or me and my dad go there with our 2 dogs Maynard and Stoney they always treat them good. My dog Maynard had a tumor and we were worried that it was cancerous but you could tell for some reason Maynard knew someone was wrong he kept whimpering and tugging on my leg and peeing everywhere but the nurses didnt get mad at all they just kept petting him and then went and cleaned it up. We found out it was NOT cancerous and that it was just a tumor. Either way the nurses treated him very sweetly and Maynard is usually very lazy and just sleeps all day and is lazy and not very happy but his tail was wagging and he was barking and me and my dad felt happy for him! And my other dog Stoney he's a pitbull and he hates getting his nails cut but the vet knows exactly how to make him trust them, even though its expensive it helps a lot.

Since ownership changes this veterinarian office has gone down steep hills. I wouldnt reccomend this office to anyone. Beware the office staff will tell you one thing and then they bill you another once you arrive. They dont even talk to you about your pet or results, and take them in the back to "test" or "imaging" and do not provide images or reliable results. On two differeent occasions they have lied about the services offered and charged for appointments before advising there was no information. To pay over $300 for imaging and be told incorrect information that put my dogs life and litter at risk. They make appointments for ultrasound and dont even have a machine on site. They charge over $300 for xray and give incorrect information. They say they have multiple pet discounts to get you there, then tell you they dont. I will drive to Indianapolis for a real veterinarian and suggest same to others.

Extremely overpriced, but unlike everwhere else they'll get ya in quick. I've talked to them about getting simple stuff done (neutering, vaccines, simple checkups.) And they were 4x to outright 7x the price of other vets. The 7x the price was for a neutering which was quoted on the phone at a ridiculous figure. If you got the time I'd suggest literally anywhere else. The AMC on the corner of washington and franklin rd in Indy are better and only wanted 105$ for the spay. You will have to wait on getting a an appointment time there though.
