(from Google)Initially I had a great experience taking my cats here although I think they unnecessarily scared us about my cats having possibly having cancer before even doing a biopsy. It all turned out okay after spending a lot of money. Today's visit wasn't so great. The vet who's the owner was unnecessarily rude. Apparently my cat (who's been there before and never was a problem. The one with the cancer scare) "knocked the glasses off someone's head" as they got him out of the carrier. That's what the vet told me and then proceeded to repeat several times that they can never see the cat again without gabapentin. That's very understandable but there's no need to repeat it three or four more times in a scolding way with this stern look on your face. If, according to you, the cat was aggressive right when you got him out of the carrier why would you go on with the procedure? If you're that worried about your people getting hurt (because he did say that my cat could really hurt somebody) why would you go on with the procedure and then also give him a shot that I didn't want? That you required and that you insisted on? It's because you want the business. You're not worried about your people. I'm taking my 4 cats back to Aloha Dog and Cat. I already had an appointment scheduled to take this cat for a full exam there. maybe that's why I was treated so really? they've already asked for the records. So they know I'm going back there.
I bring all 3 of my cats here and have had great experiences each and every time! My oldest cat, Pearl, is my first ever cat and Dr. Dave & the front desk staff were kind enough to answer all my silly questions regarding care. I’ve since gotten two cats and him and Dr. Barkley have been nothing but helpful. I just brought my newest rescue in (adopted her the night before and they managed to squeeze me in the day I called!) and they told me she was positive for fleas & feline herpesvirus and gave me medicine to take home and treat her with. I’m sure she’ll make a full recovery and I have them to thank for that!
These folks are simply wonderful. Tech Tina and Doctor Dave always treat us and our cats with the utmost respect and kindness. If you own (I know, cats own us) cats, why would you ever take your family member to one of those cat AND dog clinics.?
Great experience with All about Cats Cat Clinic. Amyjo sent an email with paperwork to fill out ahead of time so I didn't have to do it with a kitten upon arrival. Happily greeted by Deb, taken back into a room quickly. Met with Doctor Dave and Tina, it was great first visit we walked through everything I needed to know, everything cat related to help us along with our new adventure. Next shots visit was scheduled before leaving... totally recommend!!
I love these gals. I have 3 cats and have been going here for about 5 years. Both vets are thorough and caring. The office staff are friendly and helpful. So enjoy taking my fur babies here.
