(from Google)Careless long wait times for appointments, staff always rude and disrespectful and disengaged staff. Banfield has vets with poor follow through on promised service care, careless treatment misdiagnoses and unprofessional behavior Plus aggressive upselling, poor communication, billing issues, inconsistent quality of care, I was treated rude, staff talking about customers, misleading information, I experienced long wait time,. I canceled the optimum wellness Plan Because the staff constantly pitching plan upgrades and expensive, potentially unnecessary tests, careless treatment,
Andrew, Andrew, Andrew! Love him and his live for the pets. Always welcoming and a smile for us and our fur babies. The staff at this location is truly AMAZING our pets do great vs other Banfield locations. Take your fur babies here!
I have requested multiple times for Banfield to not call me. This location called me and when I mentioned I've requested no calls, Amaya immediately changed her tone to short and curt. I wouldn't take my dog here to be left in their care with those attitudes.
I’ve been with this Banfield location for three years. I really like Banfield’s app—it keeps all of Pepper’s records and is very easy to access. They also offer 24/7 access to online veterinary advice. The vets are kind and caring, and they always call me after visits to check on Pepper (my dog).
They’re nice people for the most part. I’m not sure if the nurse with the septum likes me. He was cool until after I explained Mochi’s raw diet (which is very nutrient-rich), and then he kinda changed. So maybe it has something to do with that. 😕 But they need to keep in mind that when sitting in room3 , even if you’re whispering, we can hear allll your conversations. Including meme jokes, explanations of the meme jokes, expletives, oohing and ahhing and cheering and clapping over somebody’s new baby that was just born early by C-section, and telling everybody you have to pee because you haven’t in a while. Remember that we can hear not only how you’re speaking to our pets, but what you’re saying *about* our pets. 😊 Example: Nurse 1: “ew get away from me.” Nurse 2: “Aww, why? She’s nice!” Nurse 1: “I don’t care . . . (inaudible)” I was going to leave my review at that, but I just realized that a bottle of medication was sitting open. It has all kinds of hazards on it so I googled it and it’s pinworm medicine. Although it’s not toxic, we came in for an ear infection check up so I would think that it should not even be in the room, much less left open.
