North Line Low Cost - Affordable Pet Clinic Tidwell

I’ve taken my dog here since a baby, they treated me wonderfully in the begging.ive been going here for 4yrs I never once had an issue booking an appointment or anything. These past few months I’ve started to noticed all the nurses and even the doctor had an opinion about me. You can feel the energy When they don’t want to deal with you. Besides that they purposely don’t pick up the phone, yu have to call and call for them to actually answer,mind you I spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HERE!!yes,I expect the best service.i called couple week ago NO APPOINTMENTS WERE AVAILABLE,So I Did A Walk In , walk in are around (1hr-2hr). Last time I did a walk in I waited&waited I only need my dog to get his Allergy injection,I asked them how much longer they type of dog I have he can’t be in hot for too long,anyways THE LADY IN THE FRONT WAS visibly annoyed with me and you can tell she did not want to deal with me all because I asked how much longer is it going to take all I need was an injection for my dog. She proceeds to tell me next time. Make sure you book an appointment I proceed to tell her I tried to, but you never pick up the phone. She rolled her eyes and ignored me and guess what all of a sudden there’s an appointment available. I used to love this clinic for my dog. I called this morning to book an appointment. They did not answer. I called three times they finally Answered, I explained my issue to them at this point, they know who I am and they know my dog every time I walked in. I will hear the vets talk about each other. Oh no here comes this dog. Oh no, I know about this dog. Oh, I heard about this dog if you’re going to work at a establishment make sure you love animals deeply. I spent thousands of dollars in this damn clinic for them to disrespect me to hang up in my face this morning and to have me wait months and weeks just to get a freaking appointment and then they wanna tell me I can just walk in when I have to wait an hour or two hours take your money somewhere else. I chose to ignore them and I really hope this review gets people’s attention I have all my paperwork from them. I have every single name that helped me with my dog. I spent thousands of dollars When I call, I don’t expect no attitude. I don’t expect y’all to hang up on me for me to call again and y’all get annoyed.

Very nice staff and super patient my pup, Bailey!!! Easy to find but can be a bit busy early in the mornings as everyone tries to be "first" in line. Make and keep your appointments--it definitely speeds things up!! Also, there's a sister clinic across the street less than a quarter-mile away with the same pricing and policies...but a different name?? The parking lot has looked super empty over there the few times that I've passed it while North Line has been packed, they're missing a ton of opportunity by not branding them in the same fashion---that's my ONLY criticism!! Highly recommend!!! 🖤🖤

Our cat unfortunately passed on the day her usual vet was closed, so we went to this sister clinic- and had a terrible experience. Long wait outside with a deceased pet in my arms, no sort of empathy from receptionists, and it just felt so cold and rushed. The receptionist called to bluntly tell us her ashes were back, so we quickly go to bring her home, only to find the vet/assistant had put MY NAME as the deceased so I now have a certificate of MY cremation. It leaves me with very little faith that our pet was actually cremated properly with her favorite toy. A devastating experience somehow made worse by this place. Very impersonal and inexperienced staff. Even cheap prices can't make up for that.

Carol is AMAZING! She cares for your pet as if it were her own and goes the extra mile to provide peace of mind while you leave your pet for a lengthy procedure. My dog received care for a tumor removal on his leg and vet and staff were great to provide assistance. Glad I came across this facility! I was charged a fraction of the cost that I was getting quoted elsewhere. Thank you Affordable pet clinic!

I’ve been coming here for more than 5 years now & have never had a bad experience. My dog isn’t the friendliest and I love that the doctor and vet assistants never get scared or are rude about her temper. They always welcome & treat her with a big smile on their face! Today my vet assistant was Katherine and she was super friendly and sweet! Also, their prices are great.
