More affordable than other places. And gave me an extra month with dog when she was towards the end of her life, they tried what they could the 2nd time but in the end it was just my babies time and they didn’t rush me. They gave me as long as I needed with her, they also gave me a trimmer to keep a lock of her hair. And 20minites after I left I remembered I never gave to dna sample I wanted to know exactly what mix of mutt my girl was and they went back to her and swabbed her mouth for me the best they could and I was able to get that dna test. I also got her ashes and paw print back within the week. They were so gentle and kind during one of the hardest times of my life. I am writing this a yr later. Bc I was too emotional then.

Absolutely incredible experience and care. After our St. Bernard Chester was neutered locally earlier in the day, he went into shock later that evening and collapsed. We had to rush him over an hour away to this emergency vet, terrified we were going to lose him. From the moment we walked in, the team was outstanding. They took Chester immediately, got us into a room right away, and began stabilizing him without delay. The doctor and assistants were calm, thorough, and incredibly compassionate. Everything was explained in detail, all of our questions were answered, and we never once felt rushed or dismissed. They ran bloodwork to rule out internal bleeding, closely monitored his blood pressure and heart, started IV fluids, managed his pain, and kept him under observation until he was stable. Even small things — like offering us coffee — meant so much during such a stressful night. Thanks to their fast response and excellent care, Chester is still with us. We will be forever grateful to this doctor and their amazing team. I cannot recommend this emergency vet enough and will absolutely return for anything our animals ever need. Thank you for saving our dog.

took cat in for an FIC flare up. called in and was informed that she would need an exam before they could move forward in diagnosing the FIC; i said okay, and that we were in the parking lot and could bring her in now. we filled out paperwork and waited about an hour and the employee working at the desk was very hospitable and kind. we got called back and informed the nurse of what had been going on and she weighed the cat; told us the doctor would be in in a few and left. doctor did not come in until about an hour after she left. i tell him the same thing i told the nurse and he says okay and discusses medication, i say i’m fine with antibiotics just to be safe but that i don’t think an ultrasound is a good idea as her bladder is probably too small. he agrees and leaves (no physical exam was necessary unlike what the nurse had claimed). after another 30 minutes they come in and take her away and do an ultrasound. okay, that’s a bit weird. i said i didn’t think an ultrasound was a good idea when speaking to the vet but i figured they have the degrees and they know better (something i genuinely do believe and still do even though the experience was not the best i’ve had). i start to hear some pretty horrific noises from the back after they take care away and leave to calm myself down. when i come back in the doctor is at the end of explaining what happened; i ask my partner what he said after he leaves and my partner was also rather confused. i’m pretty irritated at this moment and my cat is in a complete state of panic and reeks of alcohol (she had urinated on herself and had to be wiped down). we waited another 15-20 minutes to get the medication which was reasonable to me, it takes time to measure it out and print out the labels. i asked the nurse what had happened since partner wasn’t super clear and she explained it in a clear way and i felt better about what had happened. i wasn’t told the price of anything until i got to the desk which bothered me as they claim to inform you of the price before they do anything (as far as i know) and that has been the procedure at other clinics i’ve taken my cat to. they didn’t charge me for the ultrasound as it was unsuccessful and i did appreciate that. they did the best job they could in my opinion but i believe there were some things that were lacking and ive had much better experiences with other clinics. they were busy that night at first but as the night went on we were the only people in there which made the later waiting times a bit excessive in my opinion, but i understand there’s a lot going on behind the scenes so i don’t want to be too critical there. i’m just happy my cat isn’t in horrible condition and she got the care she needed at the end of the day. i would recommend this place if you’re in the area but be sure to ask prices yourself and be more clear about the care you want your animal to get so there isn’t a miscommunication like i believe happened today. all of the staff were very hospitable and kind and i give them my thanks!

We would like to say how very appreciative we are of the care and attention that was given to our sweet boy Henley during a recent visit to the Airport Animal Emergi-Center. From the receptionist to the surgeon we were treated with such kindness and empathy during a very stressful and scary situation. We would like to especially thank the surgeon, Dr. Saviori for performing a very critical surgery that literally saved our dog’s life. Henley continues to heal day by day. Thank you again to everyone! Kind regards, Kate, Craig & Henley Gilbert

We woke up to the heartbreaking discovery that our beautiful girl, Blanche, had unexpectedly passed away over night. I called AAEC for cremation service and Sabrina was extremely nice, empathetic, and explained their services. When it was time to pick up her remains, there was a mix up on her last name but they discovered the mistake immediately and asked me to come back the next day so they could fix the issue with the place that cremated her. I have never taken my pets here for an emergency. This review is solely based on this experience. One thing I have an issue with is when they took her vet information, they said they would contact them to stop notification reminders for Blanchie, however, I received this email from the a couple days later (see photo). They just need to update their email settings.
