Indianapolis Animal Urgent Care

We had one of the worst days of our life here on Sunday, March 8th. We had to very suddenly make the gut wrenching decision to say goodbye to our sweet boy Spookley. Despite the profound pain of losing him, I have only positive things to say about the staff here. As soon as we arrived, Nick took us back and immediately treated Spookley like he was his own. Dr. Kulish answered every single one of our concerns with grace and compassion. She reassured us multiple times that we were making the right choice by euthanizing, and that there was nothing else we could have done. It was just a horrible, rapid deterioration of our baby’s health. When the time came, Courtney brought us our boy. We were able to have a few moments with our boy and we got to hold him and kiss him during the entire euthanasia process. Nick treated the experience with so much love and care. He explained everything thoroughly and assured us Spookley wouldn’t feel any pain. We were sent home with his fluff, paw prints, and nose prints. It was a traumatizing day, but they made it as easy as they possibly could have. I am so thankful for Nick, Dr. Kulish, and Courtney for the compassion they extended to us during a terribly painful time. Rest in peace, sweet Spookley boy.

As someone who has worked in the vet field and I’m a dog groomer of 25 years. This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to for my dog Arya. The staff and vet were so friendly and informative. We loved it there so much I wish they could be our primary vet! Highly recommend brining your pet here. It’s also so pretty and clean inside! I was very impressed and happy I chose to come here instead of the emergency vet.

I have brought my cat Emerson here for multiple visits (she enjoys string waay too much) and each time Dr. Kulish and her team have gone above and beyond to help her. Care is always exceptional, fast, and thorough, and staff (i.e. Brenda and Christina) is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. LOVE that they're open late, too. Really cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who needs their little ones looked at. Thank you Dr. Kulish and everyone for taking such good care of my girl!!

I adopted Lily only one month ago. My regular vet couldn’t see her until four days later but she was crying, showing signs of pain. ALL staff members were FRIENDLY and PLEASANT . Customer service was ABOVE EXCELLENT which is rare in 2025. Vet was so KIND and CARING, I felt safe and welcome. OUTSTANDING service and I will follow up with my vet. If needed, I WILL return to this wonderful facility.

I cannot recommend this urgent care enough! Every single staff member was so kind, compassionate, and patient. My dog is a little bit of a stinker, which requires a little extra care and attention when in a clinical setting. Every staff member was so considerate and put his comfort in mind. I absolutely love the exam rooms, there is a TV either playing the weather or Bob Ross (absolutely love) and there is a button to press when you need assistance. This facility is so CLEAN! I had to help guide my little stinker in the back towards the x-ray, so I got a sneak peek of their equipment, tables, etc. and it looked squeaky clean and smelled squeaky clean too! This to me was such a great sign that every staff member takes cleanliness seriously, which I very much appreciated. Dr Potts was wonderful, she was so kind and compassionate, and she did fantastic with Colt! I saw them two days in a row, and each time they delivered top-tier medical care and kindness. Each staff member seemed like they really enjoyed being there, which is wonderful! I will only go to this urgent care for any of my urgent needs, while I hope I won't have to visit often or any time soon (no offense), I feel so much comfort knowing I have them I can always count for great care.
