these people are a true blessing! my boy, 3yr male cat, had been throwing up for two days. i consulted with a vet through chewy and a vet at an emergency hospital and they both told me it was okay to monitor from home unless his condition worsened. overnight he seemed worse. in my frantic state of mind i accidentally ubered here instead of the emergency vet. not only were they open on a saturday but they welcomed me and my boy with open arms and allowed us to see the doctor despite not having an appointment. receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all amazing! so much respect to their team for being flexible with my situation and not turning us away!

Receptionist is very rude, if she doesn’t want to answer phone and answer questions then she shouldn’t be a receptionist. Her rudeness made my decision not to switch my dogs.

I took my dog in on Tuesday they never ran a parvo test but just decided that’s what it was and after the so called parvo treatment my baby boy declined worse. Came back next day telling them it is not parvo I was left in the parking foot with my dog for an hr. His symptoms did not resemble parvo at all! So as of June 28th I lost him and it’s because he was misdiagnosed the vet tech is diagnosing they never even test him! He did not once see the so called veterinarian! He was to worried about leaving! I would not suggest you take your fur baby there! This is the 3rd baby of mine that never came back from there!!! He was cremated when I showed back up Thursday holding my dead baby boy! I am looking on to what can be done at this point before any more families go through this grief due to their negligence and lack of caring All the want to do is euthanize your baby do not go to then. I have already reported this clinic to anyone I possibly can

They are always caring loving and professional I would recommend them to anyone I used to go to Noah's and they are bad Keystone Pet Hospital is really a good place and the prices are reasonable. This is my cat his name is Indy he is 17 years old and Keystone Pet Hospital takes good care of him I am thankful!!!💞💞💞

Keystone Pet Hospital has been fantastic in the treatment of my German Shepherd Kita! They informed us of some things that we were told wrong by previous “vets”, and were very helpful in the whole process. Friendly staff and an overall great experience. Look forward to having Kita seen by Keystone again in the future if the need arises!
