I was especially impressed with Dr. Willoughby and vet tech Sadie! The doctor was informative, friendly and I certainly believed her very competent. Sadie was especially caring and compassionate. She carefully demonstrated how to clean my German Shepard Teddy Bear’s ears and apply the medication. Of course Teddy didn’t appreciate the attention to his most infected ear but Sadie was gentle and reassuring. I would not have been able to properly treat Teddy with a simple explanation which I would have expected from most veterinary practices. Take your dog in the back then provide a simplistic explanation of the procedure. Well Pets and Sadie went the extra mile and that is so important to me!

It was so great to catch up with Dr. Emily and for her to take care of our new cat, Honey. Her care is always the best and her attitude is the same...!!! We love her to death...!!!

I have took a couple of my dogs here to this place and they were awesome to me. I rushed my one dog in. He had been poisoned and they didn’t ask me nothing about no money. They just want to know what was going on with him took him straight back no questions asked my puppy was end up having to be tput to sleep. It was the best decision to make. They were very compassionate, and I never got a bill For euthanizing my little TT. I have another dog is under their Care now his name is baby. They work with me financially very understanding. Very patient with me. I would not go to any other place in the world. They’re very very good hearted people and who truly do love animals.!! This place is the best of the best

Great Experience as my 7 year English Bulldog had an infected uterus (Pyometra) and had to get an Emergency Spayed Surgery…The Staff was friendly and Dr Richardson was very knowledgeable about surgeries and anesthesia. More importantly, she was knowledgeable and had experience with English bulldog breed. They saved our bully and she was back home better than ever after Come over 9 hours. So grateful especially since I am in town visiting family for the holidays… Definitely recommend Five stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Such amazing staff starting from Receptionist to the drs. Explained everything to where qe could understand what was going on with my pup. They got us to the Pet Hospital on Fernandina Rd by 11pm. They were so great we decided to keep them as Kylies vet. Thank you immensley
