Arrived early and we didn’t get seen by the doctor until 40 min after my appointment The ginger vet tech was completely unpleasant and curt. Not grasping you don’t knock on the door bc my dog will bark. First time my fault but knocking multiple times and then not telling the vet to not know completely beyond annoying. Then the vet wasn’t even going to come out to the room to examine my dog. After the lack of courtesy and lack of grasping the novelty of not knocking I’m expected to trust them to take my dog to the back for a corneal exam is insane

I walked in with my dog because she has been licking her stomach all night long. The doctor skipped lunch to see us and told us it was due to allergy. He was very professional. The nurse Berry gave us the medication and was really helpful. She was super sweet too.

This was my first time at vetco and every step of the way was very pleasant. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and informative! I would definitely come back for any services for my baby Churro!

Dr. Kelly and staff have been taking care of my dog since I first got him as a pup. He’s received excellent care and pricing options are always discussed first along with treatment plans so there are no surprise costs ever. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Phone calls are always answered too. Great communication and care! It’s easy to get in to be seen too. Very caring there, professional, and everyone seems happy! Both my dog and I are 😁. My cats also go there as well, but they haven’t needed as much attention as my dog has.
