We took my cat here when she woke us up Sunday morning clearly in pain. This isn’t our normal vet but was they were the only office open early on a Sunday. They were very compassionate and made my girl comfortable in the end so my son could also come say goodbye and I’m forever grateful for that.

The staff took such good care of my best friend! Finding a vet that is comfortable with big dogs was a priority for me, and Im so grateful to the staff for their (dog)bed side manner. My dog thought he was just there to get treats and scritches and it made it easier for everyone

My partner & I took our feline baby in for some gastrointestinal issues and Vet-tech Charlene & Dr. Caldwell took our worries very seriously. We were frightened going in, but even when discussing the possibility of cancer Dr. Caldwell and Charlene were gentle & understanding. We have some budget constraints and they were so willing to work with us on what procedures were necessary versus what they thought we could wait on, which was another huge relief. We signed up for their pet plan & saved a ton of money on today’s visit as well, which they were not at all pushy about (they gave us tons of time to discuss privately about what we wanted to do & always respected our choices) but were very clear about what the benefits were & how it would help us in the long run, which we deeply appreciate. Our little baby is feeling a bit better & has an amazing care team behind her now, working to figure out whats wrong, so we really couldn’t be happier with our experience at Petfolk.

I took my dog here for a rash that he was having. Left with a $600 vet bill, a cone, and update shots including rabies. My dog had a beautiful coat of hair. He started to lose his fur in clumps and had lumps and was breaking out. Take him back, another $250 and now he has fleas. Dr glanced at him and gave him flea medicine. I have 2 other dogs that have no feas. Recommend I bring them their. I brought my dog for a rash in 1 spot, rash didn’t clear and he had a reaction to the rabies shot and had to bring him to another vet to get a proper diagnosis which was cheaper and actually took the time to look at him. No fleas, waste of $850. Why would I get charged $250 for a follow up that wasn’t happening before I went to you, to be told he has fleas that you missed the first time. Take your pet somewhere else that takes time to actually look at your pet instead of doing unnecessary shots and work up that doesn’t solve the issue.

First visit was great! I was a first time dog mom, the staff made our visit super comfortable and safe! The doctor was great as well she was very informative and friendly. Even when we were ready to get certain vaccines for our dog the doctor was very understanding but still informative on the necessity of the vaccinations. She even sent us home with some articles on the vaccines for us to have more information and awareness. Also pricing in the office was very transparent, no hidden fees which was a major plus in my book. I would definitely recommend them! Will definitely be back with our dog!
