I absolutely love Dr. Sara and her entire staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and gentle with my dog, Igor. They always make us feel welcome and well cared for during every visit. One of the things I appreciate most is the wellness plan they offer. It allows me to cover all of Igor's essential needs—including vaccinations, blood work, heartworm medication, and other preventive care—for an affordable monthly payment. Having this plan gives me peace of mind and eliminates the stress of worrying about unexpected veterinary expenses. I am truly grateful for the excellent care and support they provide. I highly recommend Dr. Sara and her team to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care. The payment plan is absolutely worth it and has been a tremendous help for our family.

At other vets offices as a young woman with a “scary dog” (German Shepherd) I have dealt with both Veterinarians scared of my dog, and also with those thinking I am not qualified to own her due to my appearance despite her being in perfect health. I cannot recommend this vets office enough, for once I not only felt welcomed but also that they were qualified to give my dog the best care possible without prejudice in the way. From the moment we walked in they assured my dog was comfortable and actually took the time to do little touches, offering treats and allowing her to smell the stethoscope before placing it on her, which aided in a flawless visit not scarring her for the future. My Golden Retriever is new on island. A friend who happens to be a retired vet recommended Pilina Vet. I was not disappointed. My pup, Skye, received excellent care and attention during her initial wellness exam and annual vaccinations.
