I hesitated to write this review because I am not in the business of ruining anyone’s livelihood, that being said, some time has passed and I can not let this happen to another pet. We got a new puppy, a small Yorkshire terrier, in July of 2024. We brought her here for routine vaccinations and checkups. The doctor and his staff were pleasant enough. A bit expensive, but what vet isn’t? During this time we learned that they also offered grooming services on premises through one of their staff. I will not mention her name. The first couple of appointments were fine, it was the third time that we noticed a cut, still bleeding, on her paw when we left. I assumed this was due to the nail trimming and understood that this can often happen so I let it go. I was not told anything by the groomer after the appointment when we paid and left. We did go back inside to inform her, where she acted surprised but applied a powder to stop the bleeding. We thanked her and left. It’s been about 10 months since then and this month we had our most recent appointment. It took abnormally long. She eventually let my husband know that she cut my dogs face right below her eye while “combing” her. We didn’t understand how a comb could cause such a cut, however again, we let it go. It wasn’t until later that night that we realized, not only was her eye cut but this groomer had also cut off the very tip of her ear. She still had dried blood on her. We were shocked, my beautiful puppy was forever changed. I was heartbroken by the amount of pain she must’ve felt between her face and her ear in those moments. I am still appalled at the fact that this groomer did not let us know what had happened…presumably because she was embarrassed by what she had done. She did charge half of the normal fee. Needless to say, we will not be returning and while I do not have anything negative to say about the Doctor as I believe his business hours are convenient. I would NOT recommend their grooming services as they are not honest or perhaps experienced enough to do that job.

Excellent, excellent, excellent staff. I found them through Vet Emergency Group. I was looking for a Dr. who could look at and neuter a stray cat. I didn't know when I could trap him and needed an open ended appointment. I called my vet & a ton more. They all were unable to help. I called here and they said yes bring him when you get him. We did and he is living happily with us. They are so good here that we've since switched our other two cats to this vet and have no problem driving the 30 minutes each way. Kind,caring, and compassion is all I've seen here. If you're looking for a vet this is your place.

The visit for my papillon have been great. Vaccine or health certificate for traveling is easy breezy. The staff and Dr Mansour are awesome . Very caring and going the extra mile . I would definitely recommend him to everyone .

After trying different vets, this is our favorite! No matter how far we move, we keep coming here. No matter what, Dr. Mansour always prioritizes the wellness of the pet, never the money. He saved our dog’s life when she needed an emergency surgery by fighting for the results of the ultrasound, calling us, and staying late on a snowing Saturday night. His continued excellence and dedication saved our dog Bombón. He is always very clear about the pet’s needs and he is really nice and approachable to us. We will always be grateful for everything he has done and continues to do for us. Not matter if it is normal routine or especial care, Dr. Mansour and his team has been only great to us. We absolutely love it here!
