(from Google)We had our two cats boarded for a week and the staff was wonderful! They treated our little girls like they were their own 🤗 Lana was awesome and we called her to check on them and she was so kind to let us know they were doing great! I would highly recommend Andes-Straley Boarding and Grooming to anyone. Kindest Regards, Randy and Jo Rimmer
This place is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them over any other veterinary hospital. The staff are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. They loved my kitty and took such great care of her! They were very thorough with their exam and identified an issue another vet brushed off. I couldn’t recommend a better place to take your fur babies !
Dr. Straley is like the wacky knowledgeable Uncle you never knew you needed. He’s kind, informative, and clearly cares about his patients. I originally came here for my bearded dragon and after one visit immediately moved my 9y/o dog over to this vet office too. They’ve been the only place I’ll go for three years now. Just had a teeth cleaning done on my dog a few weeks ago and it went smoothly and was frankly more affordable than I expected. Lovely people. Great environment. And for someone whose dog is their only kid, I trust Dr. Straley implicitly. 10/10.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andes-Straley Veterinary Hospital is absolutely wonderful! I took my dog Bella there, and the entire staff was kind, professional, and truly caring from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure Bella was comfortable and well cared for. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. I’m very thankful for the great care they provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding veterinary hospital.
I don’t normally post bad reviews, ever. Here’s my experience Staff were wonderful and forthcoming about the whole procedure on my kitty, Claire. We adopted her from pet works and figured it’d be best to get her spayed. I dropped her off, received a phone call around 1230 saying she’d be ready around 4pm that day. I got there around 515. She was doing wonderful, walking, eating, etc. A little bit of time passes and I leave her be to get comfortable and become situated with her surroundings for the next few days. I come back about 35-40 minutes later and there is blood pooled everywhere in my bathroom. The incisions were not closed correctly nor was she given proper treatment. I can understand that, mistakes happen, but what got me is that they tried to hide the fact that she was bleeding with a puppy pad and towel in her carrier and had it folded several times in order to cover the already dried blood. I ended up taking her to Airport Emergency Vet to see what we could do. Her entire lower half of her body was swelled and covered in blood. The emergency vet gave her a belly bandage and medication to stop the bleeding, thankfully she’ll be okay. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
