I will never bring my cats there again Took her to the Turkey Creek in Eastern Tennessee, brought her in march 1st on a sunday.She's been throwing up no energy since friday.Told them everything what's going on?So off the bat, 1,300 for x rays and blood work?Half hour later, they called, they couldn't do the blood work cuz.She was too spicy!another 230.00 to sedate her. She was there all day.The doctor said there's nothing wrong with her.Everything came back negative. with the test results, her kidneys, everything blood work was fine Ask the doctor so what is the problem?Why is she sick and throwing up. Her response was, well, she's a cat. things happen. So I end up taking my cat tuesday to another veterinarian. Went inside the office actually got to talk to the doctor because banfield, you're not allowed to go into the office. Right from the beginning, she said my cat was very sick.They're going to do a bunch of blood work and test There fee 485.00. The doctor called me back.She's got kidney failure.She's not doing good.Blood pressure's very low.We don't know if she's gonna make it.They're keeping her overnight, but banfield tells me sunday.My cat's perfectly fine. So their test didn't pick up that.She had kidney failures and other things.I've been reading people's reviews that they keep their cats in there.All day long, and not even do the work i've had that happen to me too.Also in california with my other cat stressed her out all day and didn't even check on her.And do the work because she said she was too feisty. Shame on you banfield

They doctor and staff was wonderful. Sadly we had to put our baby down and they did it with such compassion. Highly recommend.

Both of our fur babies love the whole staff. They always get so excited to see everyone and they treat them like their own loved owners. Their human parents love everyone at Banfield Veterinary hospital as well. I highly recommend them!

I have been here several times and they are ALWAYS amazing. It starts with the receptionists and just gets better from there. I have been twice in the last week for all three dogs for illness for one and shots for the others. One of my girls is very timid and they took their time with her and coaxed her out from under the table without making her even more scared. My sweet dobby was sick and needed fluids and tests run and they were so thorough to make sure they knew exactly what was wrong with him and sent us home with all the meds we needed for him to feel better in a few days. I will always recommend them to anyone who will listen! And their pay plans are really helpful!

My Wally gets the best care begins when we walk in the door from the front desk to the Dr and in between. The ladies at front desk are phenomenal they love on my Wally like he’s their own baby. One of my favorite ladies has been there long before I began bringing Wally there 6 years ago, is my favorite and we both love her and look forward to seeing her. Even if we just go to groomers next door she always loves on my Wally. The care is thorough, formative and makes time for discussion. Thank you Banfield!
