Lentz Veterinary Clinic

People I urge you if you love your animals do not take them to this veterinary clinic. They have swayed to the far left Their main concern now is money not your animals health and even worse there’s some really weird things going on with this veterinarian Lady and her nurses that has taken over Doctor Lentz’s office. She is weird And she does not care about The safety and health of your animals. Trust me!!!

My dog needed to have a lump on her leg removed. We showed up for the surgery, but the surgeon said he couldn't do the surgery because there wouldn't be enough skin to close the wound. The Dr we saw 2 weeks ago said it would be no big deal to remove. Come to find out he's not a surgeon and clearly didn't communicate with THE surgeon. They're going to refer us to a "specialist" The cost to have it done will go up significantly. I'm so frustrated. I don't understand why there wouldn't be enough skin to close it considering how stretched out her skin is. I didn't get to see the surgeon.. He sent the tech out to tell me. It's so unprofessional. No communication between the Dr's. I don't know what this clinic is like on a regular basis but based on my experience, I recommend you find a different clinic for your fur baby.

We bought a rottie puppy at petland...2 days after getting him he started having discharge from his eyes and nose ..green discharge and coughing uncontrollably hes a 9 week old pup . We have 4 other dogs 2 of them has gotten sick from the pup. We bought him to this vet. The vet did great. Even gave us meds for our other dogs. He told us to call Friday to get more meds so petland would still have to pay for them I called Friday requested the medicine..I told the lady my husband had the flu and I would have to pick up the extra meds Saturday afternoon..she said ok. But then she called my husband's phone back numerous times having us count the meds we had and just being a complete rude human being..she then said they would put the meds in the mailbox..I took my son to the airport and drove all the way back to lenior city to get the meds ( she told me she was leaving them in the mailbox numerous times after being a completely rude person to me on the phone cutting me off acting like I was asking for narcotics or something)..no meds in the mailbox .mailbox is empty!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give her negative stars. The male vet we seen was good and we were happy with what he said and the meds he gave us ...hes the only reason I left 3 stars!!!!!!!!

I just got a 4 mo old Whippet puppy and we had our first vet visit at Dr. Lentz's clinic with Dr. Alexander and asst. Tara. Both were wonderful (as well as the Office staff). You can tell right away that Dr. A is very knowledgeable about dog health and takes the time to really explain things to you. She doesn't rush the information or you out the door. She answered my questions thoroughly and received them well and the pricing didn't seem at all exorbitant. I'm very happy I took Marshmallow there and plan to continue because I feel we're in good hands!

I love this place, and I trust a lot in the professionalism of Dr. Lentz, he has taken care of my first dog ​​son for 6 years and has always done very well, and now with a second dog that a friend gave me with his broken hand, Now he will be in charge of your case, your staff is also very friendly and I found their prices very reasonable.
