Land O Lakes Animal Hospital

My experience at LOL Animal Hospital was phenomenal! I went there after a recommendation from my neighbor, and after our visit, I won't go anywhere else! The vet tech (I wish I could remember her name) and Dr. Kren were friendly and gentle with my kitty so she didn't feel nervous. They spent ample time with us and answered my questions. I never felt rushed. By the end of our visit, my cat was happily walking around the examination room with her tail up, even after getting a shot! Billing was transparent, and easy. I cannot recommend them enough!

Land O Lakes Animal Hospital is amazing! Our two rescue dachshunds were greeted with a beautiful sign with their names on it welcoming to the practice for their first checkup! The front desk person, the vet tech and Dr. Kren were so friendly and put our dogs at ease. We were informed of our dogs exam results as they were checked. Information was given on appropriate calorie count and nutrient for each dog. It was the most informative exam they have ever had. My dogs will be returning for all their vet care! Definitely recommend Land O Lakes Animal Hospital!🐶🐶

Yesterday, Friday, my 3-year-old dog Odin had his annual appointment. We had a new Vet yesterday, that we have not met in the last several years. He was Dr. Kren! We were SO impressed with his examination. Dr. Kren informed us that Odin was missing teeth. We said, “You are the first vet to ever tell us that! He went on to explain what was happening with his teeth not developing and told us absolutely everything was OK! And we believed him! He is very genuine, patient, and explained everything as he was examining Odin. We had questions about certain topics, and he answered all our questions with patience and incredible knowledge. And I must say, he has a really great sense of humor, we enjoyed his wit! We left that appointment yesterday, with both of us saying the same thing. That was the best darn Vet visit we have ever had with Odin. And now today, on a Saturday, he called us and left us a voicemail to let us know the results of Odin’s blood work up for his labs. He explained the results in detail in the voicemail and assured us that everything with Odin was perfect! He ended his message with “don’t forget to bring in his fecal sample and have a great weekend”! We had such an amazing experience yesterday and receiving this voicemail today, from Dr. Kren, on a Saturday, is what is prompting me to take the time and write this review.

The staff is the best and we wouldn’t take Sam anywhere else, where Dr. Kren goes, Sam goes.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. All of the staff treated us with kindness. Dr. Dent was thorough and knowledgeable. And as a very white- presenting mixed race female, it was awesome to see Dr. Dent representing so professionally.
