The hardest goodbye, made a little easier by incredible experiences. The facility was beautiful, peaceful, and full of compassion. Even my cat, who treated most vet visits like a criminal investigation, seemed completely at ease. I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved dog, Gizmo, who passed away suddenly. It was an incredibly painful and unexpected loss, and choosing this cremation service was one of the best decisions I could have made during such a difficult time. Gizmo meant everything to our family and it brought us so much comfort knowing he was treated with dignity, care, and compassion. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything and supported us through one of the hardest moments we’ve experienced. When we received Gizmo’s ashes, everything was handled so beautifully and respectfully. It meant a lot to see the care they put into honoring him. Losing Gizmo so unexpectedly has been heartbreaking, but this service helped make a very painful moment a little more bearable. Our dog T REX passed away on Friday Feb 6 and my wife was out of town so I was concerned that we would have the opportunity to say goodbye to T REX together. Jennifer was so nice and compassionate and was able to insure that we were able to have a memorial before he was cremated and T REX was not stuck in a freezer either so we got to say goodbye to him in a dignified manner. T REX was more than just a dog he was a member of our family. He was a rescue having endured a hard life before he came to live with us and in the 11 months he was our boy and we were able to give him his best life and he loved us as well. T REX loved everyone both people and animals and so I definitely recommend Pet Passages to anyone who needs to say goodbye to your beloved pet in a compassionate and dignified manner.
