VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Chaotic. Worst visit since we have going there for years. Really doubt we will do this again as the bill was within $20 as my uber expensive vet charges. When we arrived the following items were unclear: 1) Do you have to wait until the posted starting hour to press the "I am here button?" We were there at 4:15 for a 4:30 start time 2) There was no confirmation that they knew we were there 3) Signs inside the store were confusing as the setup was totally different from the last time we were there 4) The vet looked like a homeless person and very unfriendly 5) Receipt said that the thermometer was broken so no temp taken(You have only one thermometer???) 5) We were told that since we were slightly overdue for the rabies shot and that she could only be vaccinated for a year, but receipt said we were charged for a 3 year shot Never again

Great service and very informative

The exam and shot presentation were good, however the flea/heartworm medication is outrageously high priced!

They were a little slow. Luckily there weren't a lot of customers because they only served two clients in the first 30 minutes.

My dog is scale shy, but the staff got together and got his weight. They were very kind.
