They were very patient with my three fur babies. We made sure to get all the required shots and prescriptions to help them stay safe. It was very pricey for us but it was pretty in line with other vets. They are all around the same weight so they required the same medication for flea and tick. Because we were able to fill one dogs prescription at a time for all three dogs (which should make obvious sense) and was mentioned to the secretary, I would process the request for each dog at a time. The prescription for one of my dogs was about a month prior to expiring and the vet wouldn’t honor the prescription. I called the place and I ordered the medication to and they said the vet denied it and I needed to make an appointment. I then called the vet and they said I can’t order the prescription that I paid for because they need to be seen again even though the prescription was for a year and I had obviously only filled it for two of my three dogs. I wish this could’ve worked out because I liked taking my dogs to them but when you invest the money into ensuring that your dogs are safe and you don’t get to use what you paid for that is not ok. With the spring and crazy rains lots of bugs are going to be out and if they would have just allowed for this months prescription they would’ve gone back to them and refilled it for another year. Unfortunately, it seems more important to make the money then to take care of my fur babies.

I really enjoyed the relaxed but lively atmosphere in the waiting room today. Matthew was calm, collected and took care of the front desk with great efficiency. My dog, Joey, is very anxious when he goes to the vet. Today he decided he should bark at all other dogs or people entering the office. Fortunately, everyone seemed to understand. The Vet and staff always take good care of Joey and are kind and gentle. I truly appreciate the care they give him.

Always love coming here! They treat my animals so kindly and gently like they are their own. They even recognized my one cat (Wednesday) just by her cute little chirps she does when she's in there! The staff is professional, clean and organized. And their prices are well within my budget. Thank yall so much!

This was truly the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Lee performed a mastectomy on my dog, Ginger, and her care was exceptional from start to finish. She was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to walk me through every detail so I felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan. It was very clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. Her passion for what she does is unparalleled! Matthew made everything seamless and stress-free, helping coordinate the visit and ensuring great communication throughout the process. Jimena, the vet tech, was incredibly kind and attentive — she made Ginger feel comfortable and safe, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The entire team at Aloha Vet Clinic shows real passion and dedication to the well-being of their patients. I’m beyond grateful for the care Ginger received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who combines skill, compassion, and professionalism. This place is my husband's and I's go-to for our fur baby! Our Calliope loves the staff and the environment is always so welcoming and comfy. Initially, our calliope was having GI issues due to parasites and the staff made sure to do everything that they can for us, within our budget. & Our Calliope is better than ever! We've also gone a couple other numerous times, and the experience is always the best! Aloha Vet will always be our go-to Veterinarian !
