We feel very comfortable bringing in our fur babies to see your team. We are treated like we really matter and you all really care. We thank you very much for that and will continue to be patients with you. We got a same day appointment and Dr. Mills is very thorough and takes her time to make sure that we understood what she was doing and what our options were. Thanks for making us comfortable. Even though the prices seemed kind of high for us, she needed to be seen for a not so easy diagnosis so we will continue to keep you as our go to vet's.

The staff was wonderful and the precautions they took for my dog that has the parvovirus were impressive. The treatment, while expensive, probably saved my puppy's life. So I am truly grateful.

We absolutely love this clinic! Several weeks ago, we noticed something with our older dog and went in to discover it was a tumor. Their staff was supportive in helping us provide the best palliative care we could for him. When we had questions and would call everyone was always empathetic and very kind and patient. When it came to his final days, they provided all the support so that we could help him transition. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this clinic is and the care that they provide for not just your pets but also for you. If you are looking for a team that cares, you found it with Fox Creek.

Let me tell you - this is one of the best veterinary clinics I’ve ever experienced in my life and throughout the many pets I’ve had over all the years! I recently moved to West St. Louis County from Madison, Wisconsin, and while I despise the heat and humidity here, I am truly thankful to have found a wonderful vet clinic to take my two beloved English bulldogs. 🐶🐶 I’ve seen 3 different vets (Dr. Mills, Dr. Sullivan, and Dr. Rice) at two of the clinic locations in a very short span of time because my almost-8 year old girl has had several health issues recently, and they’ve all been amazing. I absolutely love that I can get them in the same day if needed or for sure by the next day. I also absolutely love that there is finally a vet clinic that understands that pets need care on weekends too, which is why they’re open 7 days a week with very generous hours for people that work a 9-5 job. I also had both of my dogs groomed (baths, nail grinds, etc.) at the Kirkwood clinic with Layal and she did an incredible job with my dogs and promised me her de-shedding technique would work and she was right! I have been so happy that they aren’t shedding nearly as much! After the appointment, Layal jokingly (or maybe not!) told me they lost 5 pounds of fur each! I believe it! Going to Fox Creek Vet for services of any kind is on the expensive side, but for now, based on the experiences and services I’ve received, I will stick with them.

In a world where there are not nearly enough exotic veterinarians, Dr. Rice is an oasis in the desert. He is excellent with our beardies & really cares about them. He always does a very thorough exam no matter what they are being seen for. His bedside manner can't be beat. He is very compassionate and is always willing to explain anything. I hope he never leaves Fox Creek, but if he does, I hope he stays close so he can continue to care for our babies.
