I’d recommend driving a little farther to Chastain or the Chewy Vet Clinic. After spending over $500 across multiple visits for what ended up being a simple ear infection, I was surprised by the medication price. When we ran out, the refill here was about $70 for something I found elsewhere for around $35–40. When I asked if they could price match or come closer to that price, they said they couldn’t and mentioned they ‘have to make money somehow.’ It left a bad impression and felt very overpriced compared to other options.

Very nice and caring. My girl is 16 and has old age issues, so right now it is all about quality of life for her. They recognized that and were very kind. They provided me with the medicine I needed to continue her care. I only wish they had boarding.

Since returning the doctors and staff are as accommodating and congenial as they were before. It seems even more so. It may be because I have returned after the office moved and missed the good service. I am not sure, but you guys have always been kind and thorough. On my most recent visit, the team and Dr. Smith were attentive and prices are always reasonable. Service was personalized and top notch. The atmosphere has always been calm and inviting.

I recently moved to the McKinney area and needed a quality and professional veterinarian. I was told Stonebridge Family Vet is your place and they weren’t wrong. My first visit i was immediately greeted and escorted to my examination room. Shortly after i was greeted by Dr Smith, information was exchanged, she immediately took action and handled my cats needs…..which were serious. As the process proceeded, nothing was overlooked and my cat is doing much better, she’s 13 years of age, i am very impressed and will not be going elsewhere. I highly recommend Stonebridge Family Vet, you will not be disappointed, as it was handled with loving, educated care and gentle hands.

I have never met a more caring staff than the staff at Stonebridge Family Veterinary. When we lost our 13-year-old Welsh terrier in January everyone was extremely supportive as if Maddie was their dog. We continue to take our doubledoodle Bella to this wonderful place and will soon introduce them to out newest, Maggie. I would never think of taking them anywhere else.
