They were amazing!

I had a great experience at this pet clinic! Even though they were very busy, the staff was kind, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was a little nervous since it was my first visit and it’s a clinic setting, but everything went smoothly. I prepaid for the initial puppy shots and microchip, and the process has been fantastic from start to finish. One more set of shots to go! I also really love that they now offer weekday clinics—super convenient. Highly recommend!

The two young ladies greeting were very nice and friendly. The third lady must have been very and was not that nice actually kinda rude 🤔 I think she was doctor who provided the vaccine for my fur baby. Over all my service was good.

I made a 10-minute walking list reservation, but they could not find my name. I was very upset by this experience, as I had been looking forward to eating at this restaurant. Specific: I made the reservation on June 22, 2023 at 10:10 AM. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 AM, and my name was not on the list. I spoke to the hostess, and she said that she could not find my reservation. She asked me to wait, but after 15 minutes, I still had not been seated. I ended up leaving the restaurant. Suggestion: I suggest that Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano improve their system for tracking walking list reservations. This would help to ensure that guests who have made reservations are not disappointed.

We have used the grooming services for our dog numerous times. Our experience yesterday was far below the quality we had come to expect! Things requested were not completed, the nail trim was not smooth, the hair on the feet was not thoroughly trimed, legs were not trimmed requested
